Sometimes there's a second spring...

An electric feel was in the air in Prague, it was midday on July 4, and a student walked up and gave me a slice of pizza with a tiny American flag stuck into it!

The shot is from an ancient tower soaring above Prague's Old Town Square, as the Soviet Empire crumbled, when no one knew quite what lay ahead.
